Consumables

FOODIE’s filter can be supplied in three different specifications:
180um, 380um (Standard) and 830um.
No filter bag is required. No consumables at all.
As a cost consideration for customers in the long run, we include this as a core feature.
 
Suction – Release - Dehydration
The suction and the release flows of FOODIE are acted at the same time.
No fluid storage is required but just filtration. The sludge will stay in the filter being
quickly dried while the filtered coolant is returning to the tank.
No need to spend work on manual control of the release, and no need for extra
time waiting for the sludge to be dried.
 
Pipeline Stability
FOODIE’s pipeline is made in a much stronger material to have a firm and long
lifetime. The outlet hose is attached with a counterweight for customers to simply
place it in the coolant tank without holding, so the filtered coolant can
automatically return to the tank with manual work saved. A small filter mesh is
added here to strengthen the liquid filtration of the return flow.
 
Design - Capacity - Maintenance
General cleaners are often completely covered up with sheet metal or others,
making the maintenance to be difficult to uninstall the outer cover.
On contrary, we purposely design the cover to include a switch-open door which
allows users to be able to check, maintain and replace any parts at any time.
Additionally, we also design innovative features such as:
 
    - Air gun for cleaning the filter. It can also be connected to the relief valve on top
to enhance the drying process.
    - Drip pan and leakage collectors at the back to collect liquids during operations.
    - Acrylic cover for 100% clear observation on the filtration process.
Advantage - Disadvantage
 
As we exclude the need of consumables, it could also be disadvantageous for us to
handle some micro-sized categories such as the carbide powder.
To distinguish ourselves from the market, we stick to the philosophy of Productivity
