TRAXIT ZEL 510 is a boron free salt coating for high carbon wire; especially designed for in-line coating after mechanical descaling. A significant benefit is the quick drying time which allows a high incoming speed to the first block. ZEL 510 is usable on single blocks or multi-pass drawing machines up to 14 passes. Due to the special crystallisation the coating on the final wire surface is very smooth.

TRAXIT ZEL 520 is a coating for low, medium and high carbon wire. The product is completely boron free and based on sulphates and is recommended for use on mechanically descaled wire rod in an in-line process.

TRAXIT ZEL 535 is a coating composition for low to high carbon wire. The product has a soap content and is completely free of boron compounds. The product is used in a dipping process and gives the wire a good passivation and an even coating. The very good acid buffering capacity results in a long bath life. ZEL 535 is particularly applicable for pickled and phosphated wire.

TRAXIT ZEL 565 is a coating composition for low, medium and high carbon wire. The product contains only small amounts of sulphates and is completely free of boron compounds. The product is used in a dipping process and provides good corrosion protection even at low concentrations. ZEL 565 is a development that will satisfy the requirements of the latest drawing technologies . In some applications, especially in the production of bright wire ZEL 565 is better than many borax containing products, with improved subsequent solubility.

TRAXIT ZEL 590 is a coating for low, medium and high carbon wire. The product is completely boron free and based on sulphates.
The product can be used either in-line or in a batch process for mechanically descaled or pickled rod. ZEL 590 is a newly developed product with reference to the latest technology and normative requirements. In some applications the coating performs even better than traditional products.
